This is an audio video, but IDGuy takes a turn half way through and discusses the entire ethos of wearing an Apple Watch. It really made me think. Listen to the end for the thoughtful bit.
Specifically he talks about the way the Apple Watch prompt you (tells you?) to do things like breath at certain times, move every hour and hit certain goals each day to fill the rings. His argument that we should be able to live healthy lives anyway is compelling.
On a related topic, the Garmin Venu went down to 71% battery after a full day of use with the screen always on, it tracked everything near perfectly and automatically disables the screen at night. So far it is proving to be much more practical than the Apple Watch to me.
