Ten days with the Amazfit Helio Strap

It’s been 10 days and I have hardly noticed the Helio. I made a bicep strap and there it has sat continually- I never notice it, I never feel it and the data continues to roll into the Zepp app as it should even when I’m asleep.

I can say for sure how accurate all of the data is, but steps and exercise are very similar to Apple Watch numbers. I am far from convinced by the sleep scores, but time will tell as to how accurate they are. My problem is that I never feel refreshed after sleep so it is difficult to judge.

For £99 it is proving to be extremely good value and so far the software and hardware have displayed no problems at all. It is also tracking at roughly a 10% battery drop per day which is in line with the 10 day battery life claim.

Strangely, it has taken away the stress of fitness and health tracking, and also the addiction. And yet it is tracking everything I need just as it should. This is starting to sound like a paid promotion, but it really isn’t. It is simply a decent tracker at a really low price.
