Should Apple buy Peloton?

Peloton is having a very bad week. On Thursday, CNBC reported that the company is putting the brakes on the production of its products for at least the next two months. It’s as clear a sign as there is that the company’s high-end fitness gear is piling up in warehouses. This might make sense for Apple. Arguably Apple is a huge competitor in this area and this could fit. Not convinced, however, that the company wouldn’t be more likely to make its own bike or treadmill.

  1. Reminds me of the Beats thing. I think there can be synergies there esp if the acquired company has a good name
