Interesting research and I am not 100% clear regarding the rights and wrongs of this. Must say I wasn’t surprised by the article though.

This article is a bit strange. Yes, the organisation seems to be a bit overzealous with the rules, but most charities have charters and if healthcare is its thing, I’m not sure why people would then expect it to pay off loans, and so on.
