The Oris x Momotaro Divers Sixty-Five Special Edition

Momotaro was founded in 1992 and still carries the same “made by hand without compromise” mantra. For a special edition celebrating the brand and its renowned style, Oris went with their always special edition-ready Divers Sixty-Five and a sort of spin on the Movember editions we’ve seen in the past. Comprised of a 40mm steel case with a bronze bezel and a contrast-heavy black bezel insert, the most eye-catching element of the Momotaro edition is its soft gradient green dial, which starts in the center as a sort of minty-green and then fades to a dark grey-green on the outer edge of the dial. Match that with bronze-colored markers and tan lume that matches both the warm tones of the metal dial accents and the contrast stitching on the denim strap, and you’ve got an Oris that is both distinctive to other Divers Sixty-Five editions and rather cool… More here.

I love the Divers Sixty Five, but green, silver and gold really don’t work together…
