Don’t know if he’s firmly the front runner, but yes, if he’s the Democratic nominee, Trump wins again. While this is a generalization, the U.S. equates socialism with communism. Or at least anti-capitalism and bad. I can see Trump labeling Sanders as Red Bernie. I wouldn’t be surprised if the health insurance industry weighed in as well.
