All the numbers do is indicate whether there may be a problem. And it depends what the numbers are. Simply tracking Number of hours asleep or awake is too simple. The next step is deep sleep and REM sleep. And the next is respiration. The latter tells you whether you have sleep apnea. The other things in the video also affect sleep quality. Especially stress. But that 20 minute afternoon nap does wonders.
