I spent some time criticising the iPhone Pocket and its ridiculous pricing. Somehow it still sold out in many places- am I crazy or have I completely lost touch with what people want and what they consider good value?

Why is Trump not releasing the rest of Epstein files and why would he be prepared to take such overwhelming political flack? More importantly, what could be worse for him than not releasing the files? Presumably releasing the files would be. Let’s see them!

I finally got my official ME/CFS diagnosis this week to the point that it is actually written on my file. 14 months of sickness and it’s official. I then received an email from the NHS ME/CFS service advising that they will set up an appointment to offer me guidance on how to try and manage the symptoms- that appointment will be 1 year away. There is a waiting list of 1 year for an illness where every day counts in stopping it getting worse.

I also learned that for every 4 people who suffer from MS in the UK, there are 10 people who suffer from ME. For every £4 that is spent on MS in the UK, £0.01 is spent on ME.

1 penny on ME and even worse the latest action plan from the UK government will do nothing to help the more than 250,000 sufferers of this illness.

I am struggling to sleep, particularly in the day, but I learned that if Bailey (above) gets on the bed sleep comes a little more easily. Imagine a world without dogs…
