I received an email last week from Casio offering me the chance to enter a lottery for the Casio Ring Watch. The email was from Casio because I have an account which I have only used to buy one watch previously. On a whim I decided to enter the lottery.
Three days later I received the above email and I made my purchase (£105).

And then a few days later I received the above impossibly cute box (left) in the post. For reference the box on the right is an older Omega watch box which is actually quite small.

Within the impossibly cute box is another impossibly even cuter box containing the watch. Everything feels miniature and it’s novel to say the least.

You cannot adjust the size of the watch for your finger, but spacers are included, along with instructions to ensure a decent fit.

Everything is small apart from the instructions which in typical Casio style are HUGE! This is a fully functioning watch in many surprising ways.

It’s made from one piece of metal so presumably the battery will be accessible via the screen being removed. No doubt when the time comes it will have to go back to Casio to deal with.

Stupidly small…

How can you now like it?

It is genuinely very comfortable to wear because the sides are super thin. It just looks a little tall when worn.

It even has a backlight! Plus the following-
Dual time
Stopwatch
Calendar
Time Flash (it flashes once per hour)
More details are here. This is a fun and possibly practical watch for those who hate things on their wrist. It has oodles of charm!

Very cool! But I already told you that.

Unlikely to wear it though!

It’s just a fun novelty to have. Just don’t let the battery corroded and wreck it. That happened to a couple of my older watches in a box.
