Garmin has released a few new products, I am probably late to this, including the 51mm fēnix® 8 for £949 and I was surprised to see so much of the same.

There is little doubt that the tracking and hardware are excellent and that the devices will be tough, but still no mobile connectivity and the same old poor media features.

I get that Garmin needs to differentiate itself, but I don’t think that the fitness watch side of the company is going to last for long…
