A strange thing has been happening with my iPhone SE recently in that I am needing to charge it twice a day to keep it powered. By lunchtime I am hitting 20% and then again by 6 or 7pm. My usage patterns have not changed much so it is a curiosity.

One which gets stranger when I see what is happening to my wife’s and son’s iPhones; they are experiencing exactly the same problems. Drastically reduced battery life and with no change in general usage.

They are both having to charge 2-3 times per day and it has happened since the latest iOS update. The signal in the areas where I work and live are the same as before so I am ruling out network problems causing extra strain, but the loss of power is very noticeable and it is eating into the way we use our phones.
